Some lack marketplace knowledge or touring experience, while others need to maintain standards and congruency due to rotating Tour Managers and crew. For very busy operations we give Tour Managers or Production Managers a dedicated assistant and the ability to retain local contacts  for advancing purposes in the United States while touring overseas. We can also create detailed production and hospitality riders, handle the distribution of documents to promoters and venues as well as show advancing so the show goes off without a hitch! Living and working from the road presents a unique set of challenges. Our job is to minimize conflicts and volatility with the mobile nature of touring.
